On September 9, 2015, the 2015 Second Term English Training Program of Talents Reserved for Internationalization for China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) was successfully launched at the Center for Foreign Language Training, International College of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS). Twenty-seven talented employees from CGN will undergo intensive training in English for three months at the Center, including English listening, speaking, reading, writing, business English, project management, and British culture.

The opening ceremony was presided by Vice Dean Yang Wenhui, and attended byVice Dean Wei Huiliang, Department Director Liu Dan, andDeputy Manager Lin Bo of Human Resources Department, CGN. Wei Huiliang expressed his welcome and attention to the trainees, introduced the teachers and scientific research achievements of GDUFS, and instructed them to be safety conscious and balance work and leisure during training. Deputy Manager Lin Bo expressed her thanks for GDUFS’s respect and comprehensive arrangement and urged the trainees to devote themselves to their studies. She hopes they can successfully complete their studies and form a good language foundation for international projects. Later, Vice Dean Yang Wenhui gave a comprehensive introduction to the teaching schedule and training discipline. After the meeting, the leaders of both sides took a group photo with all the participants at the main entrance of International College, GDUFS.
