Founded in 1897, Victoria University of Wellington is a large comprehensive public university. It is one of the eight five-star universities and one of the oldest universities in New Zealand.
Victoria University of Wellingtonis a research-based university which provides quality education to students. Its Business School has acquired three-crown certifications, namely EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA. Among more than 7,000 business schools in the world, only 72 have acquired the three certifications. The university is ranked 221st in the QS World University Rankings 2019 and 219th in the QS World University Rankings 2018.
