On December 5th, the Vice Chancellor of University of Montreal Guy Lefebvre and his delegation visited GDUFS and the Vice President of GDUFS Jiao Fangtai received the delegation in the VIP Hall of the Administrative Building in the North Campus. Both parties had in-depthdiscussions on cooperation and signed cooperation agreement.

Jiao Fangtai gave a cordial welcome to the delegation from University of Montreal, and gave them a brief introduction to the history and development of GDUFS. He pointed out that GDUFS was a university with distinctive international characteristics, and the goal of GDUFS is to nurture talents on international level, with the core strategy of promoting international education, and at the same time conducting international reform of personnel, education, research and development, and management. He expressed the wish that this visit will facilitate the substantial cooperation of exchange and research between the two universities.
Guy. Lefebvre made a brief introduction to the basic situation of University of Montreal. He pointed out that University of Monreal is modern university which had gained great academic achievements, and its graduates had been highly competitive in the job market. The university attached great importance to international cooperation and exchange, hoping to establish cooperation relationship with GDUFS to promote mutual exchange and development.
