York University, founded in 1959, is the 3rd largest university in Canada. It has cultivated national high-end talents in many fields such as law, business, politics, economics, literature, philosophy, journalism, management, digital media, cultural research, etc.

York University is ranked 481st in the QS World University Rankings 2019 and its arts and social sciences majors are ranked top 100 in the world. The Schulich School of Business is ranked 1st in Canada and 22nd in the world byThe Economist. The Osgoode Hall Law School has always been ranked top two among Canada’s law schools, and its School of Art, Design and Media is praised by theNew York Timesas the “Juilliard School in the North”.
